ROLLSERVE BETA POLICY

Terms of Service

Owner-approved beta terms for businesses using the RollServe operations platform and Route decision-support features.

Effective date: September 3, 2026 · Policy version: terms-2026-09-03-v2 · Seller wording remains subject to final DBA review

1. Who provides RollServe

RollServe is operated by Nuvora LLC. These Terms would form an agreement between Nuvora LLC and the person or business using RollServe. The final seller description must be reviewed after the RollServe DBA or fictitious-name status is resolved.

2. Eligibility and business use

Users must be at least 18 years old. RollServe is intended primarily for business and commercial use by food-truck operators. A person creating or managing an account must be authorized to act for the business represented by that account. Users may not impersonate another business or create or manage an account for a business they are not authorized to represent. Users must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

3. Accounts and security

Account owners are responsible for protecting login credentials, using a secure password, restricting access to authorized people, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Team members may use RollServe only within the permissions granted to them. Customer users do not receive RollServe platform-administrator rights.

4. Subscription and trial

RollServe currently offers one subscription at $29 per month. A new customer receives a 14-day free trial and does not need a credit card to start. Adding a payment method during the trial does not cause an early charge. If a valid payment method is available when the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid monthly subscription. Applicable tax may be added separately after the tax treatment is approved and configured.

If a payment method is unavailable or payment fails, paid application access may pause or become restricted. The RollServe account and operational records remain preserved during that billing restriction. The customer can use RollServe’s billing recovery flow to restore eligible access.

5. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Stripe processes subscription payments and may provide the Customer Portal used to manage payment methods and cancellation. Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not immediately end access that has already been paid for unless a separate legitimate suspension or security reason applies. Normal paid access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, and RollServe does not automatically provide prorated refunds for unused days after cancellation. RollServe may issue a refund at its discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored. The separately posted Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy provides the complete billing policy.

6. Route and operational decisions

Route provides recommendations, forecasts, prepared actions, and operational decision support using information available to RollServe. Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The customer remains responsible for every final business, food-safety, staffing, financial, maintenance, compliance, and operational decision. Consequential prepared actions require owner approval where that control is provided by RollServe.

RollServe does not guarantee sales, profit, inventory accuracy, forecast accuracy, cost savings, readiness, or any particular business outcome.

7. Food-safety and regulatory boundary

RollServe is an operations tool. It does not replace health-code requirements, food-safety training, inspections, licenses, permits, professional advice, or legally required temperature, storage, handling, cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Customers remain responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, permits, and safety requirements that apply to their operations.

8. Acceptable use

Customers may use RollServe only for lawful business purposes. They may not interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; misuse another customer’s information; bypass access controls; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits; use the service to violate another person’s rights; or use Route to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or abusive conduct.

9. Intellectual property and customer data

Nuvora LLC and its licensors retain ownership of RollServe, Route, the software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. Customers retain ownership and control of the business and operational information they submit, subject to the permissions reasonably needed for RollServe to host, process, secure, and provide the service.

10. Availability and changes

RollServe may be updated, maintained, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. No uninterrupted or error-free service is promised. Material changes to these Terms should be communicated through a reasonable customer notice process, with an effective date shown on the final version.

11. Suspension, termination, and account data

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, prohibited misuse, legal necessity, or material violation of these Terms. Canceling a subscription stops its next renewal but does not cancel the full RollServe account or immediately delete operational data.

After a full RollServe account cancellation, customer operational data is retained for 90 days. During that recovery period, the account may be reactivated without starting from zero where technically supported. After 90 days, RollServe may permanently delete or anonymize operational data. Billing, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or other legally required records may be retained longer where required. A customer may request earlier deletion where applicable, subject to legitimate and legal retention requirements.

12. Liability and indemnification

Beta policy note · legal review pending

Legal counsel must supply or approve any warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, damages exclusion, and indemnification obligations before broader commercial launch.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, the customer should contact RollServe and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may proceed in the appropriate Florida state or federal courts associated with Nuvora LLC’s principal office, subject to applicable law.

Beta policy note · legal review pending

Legal counsel should confirm the precise venue language after Nuvora LLC’s principal-office address is finalized. These Terms do not add mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a jury-trial waiver.

14. Contact
