ROLLSERVE BETA POLICY
Privacy Policy
Owner-approved beta disclosures describing how RollServe handles account, operational, billing, and Route-related information.
1. Who operates RollServe
RollServe is operated by Nuvora LLC. This draft treats Nuvora LLC as the business responsible for the RollServe service. The final controller, business, or similar statutory designation—and the final seller wording—requires privacy and legal review.
2. Information customers provide
Depending on the features used, RollServe processes account information; truck and business profile details; service location; operating schedules and hours; menu and ingredient mappings; inventory; Opening and Closing activity; team information entered by an owner; maintenance records; vendor information; performance, sales, order, and cost-of-goods entries; Route questions, interactions, and feedback; and billing or account status.
Customers are responsible for having appropriate authority to enter information about team members, vendors, and other people.
3. Information RollServe generates
RollServe generates service information such as Ready Score, Today’s Mission, Route recommendations, forecasts, prepared actions, operational insights, and application activity reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the customer’s use of the service.
4. How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure accounts; operate requested features; preserve customer settings and history; calculate operational views; answer Route questions; generate recommendations and forecasts; support customers; prevent abuse; maintain reliability; process billing state; and meet legal obligations.
RollServe does not sell or monetize customer operational data. This draft does not claim that customer information is used to train global AI models, and it does not describe anonymized or aggregated product-learning activity that is not currently active and authorized.
5. Route and AI services
Route uses relevant information from the customer’s RollServe account to answer questions and provide account-specific operational support. Customer and truck information must remain scoped to the appropriate account. Route output may also be processed by an AI service provider when needed to provide the requested feature.
6. Billing
Stripe processes payment methods, billing addresses, subscription activity, invoices, and related payment information. RollServe does not store full card numbers or card security codes. RollServe may retain Stripe identifiers and subscription or payment status needed to operate billing access and customer support.
7. Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that supply payment processing, hosting and infrastructure, AI functionality, and weather or geocoding functionality used by RollServe. Current integrations include Stripe for billing, OpenAI for Route responses, the infrastructure hosting RollServe, and weather or location data from the National Weather Service, U.S. Census Bureau geocoder, and Open-Meteo geocoding service.
8. Account separation and security
RollServe uses account authentication and technical controls intended to keep each customer’s operational information scoped to the appropriate account. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no service can promise absolute security. Customers should protect credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
9. Retention and account closure
Canceling a subscription or entering a billing pause does not cancel the full RollServe account or immediately delete operational data. After a full RollServe account cancellation, customer operational data is retained for 90 days. During that recovery period, the account may be reactivated without starting from zero where technically supported.
After 90 days, RollServe may permanently delete or anonymize operational data. Billing, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or other legally required records may be retained longer where required. A customer may request earlier deletion where applicable, subject to legitimate and legal retention requirements.
10. Customer choices and rights
Customers may update information through available product settings and billing tools or contact RollServe about account information. Rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain information vary by location and must be handled according to applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified through a new policy version and effective date. RollServe’s versioned acceptance records are designed to support future re-acceptance when a material change requires it. Privacy questions and applicable deletion requests may be sent to support@rollserve.com. We aim to respond as promptly as possible, subject to any response period required by applicable law.
