ROLLSERVE BETA POLICY
Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Owner-approved beta billing rules for the RollServe monthly subscription.
One monthly plan
RollServe offers one subscription at $29 per month. Applicable tax may be added separately after RollServe’s tax treatment and registrations are approved and configured.
14-day free trial
The trial lasts 14 days. No credit card is required to start. A customer may add a payment method during the trial without being charged early.
What happens when the trial ends
If a valid payment method is available at the end of the trial, the subscription converts to the $29 monthly paid plan and Stripe processes the first subscription payment. If payment information is missing, or a required payment cannot be completed, paid RollServe access pauses or becomes restricted.
A billing restriction does not delete the RollServe account or its operational records. The customer may add or update payment information through the existing Stripe-managed recovery flow and restore eligible access without creating a duplicate subscription.
Managing billing
Where available, customers use the Stripe Customer Portal to manage payment methods, view billing history, and request cancellation. Billing questions may be sent to support@rollserve.com.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next subscription renewal. If the current billing period has already been paid, normal paid access continues through the end of that already-paid period and the subscription does not renew afterward. Cancellation does not immediately terminate already-paid access unless a separate legitimate suspension or security reason applies.
Refunds and unused time
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. RollServe does not automatically provide partial-month or prorated refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
RollServe may issue refunds at its discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored.
Subscription cancellation and account data
Canceling a subscription, experiencing a failed payment, or entering a billing pause does not cancel the full RollServe account or immediately delete customer operational data.
After a separate full RollServe account cancellation, customer operational data is retained for 90 days. During that recovery period, the account may be reactivated without starting from zero where technically supported. After 90 days, RollServe may permanently delete or anonymize operational data. Billing, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or other legally required records may be retained longer where required. A customer may request earlier deletion where applicable, subject to legitimate and legal retention requirements.
Support
Billing questions may be sent to support@rollserve.com. We aim to respond to support requests as promptly as possible, but no guaranteed response time is promised.
